Our summer camp program is designed to provide a unique and immersive experience for young performers who have a love for singing, dancing, acting, community, and teamwork. Our mission is to allow young performers to be a part of a full-scale musical production while receiving quality theater education that will last a lifetime. With Louisiana-certified educators, a professional theater performance space, and live orchestration, performers will get a high-caliber performance experience right here in our local community.

Rehearsal Camp Days

• Rehearsals will be held at the

  Fontainebleau High School Auditorium: 100 Bulldog Dr, Mandeville, LA 70471

• Rehearsal dates: Monday, June 22nd - Tuesday, July 7th

• Drop-off: 9am each day

• Pick-up: 3pm each day

Tech Rehearsal & Performance Camp Days

• Tech Rehearsals & Performances will be held at the

  Fuhrmann Auditorium: 128 W. 23rd Ave. Covington, LA 70433

• Tech Rehearsal dates & times: Wednesday, July 8th - Friday, July 10th (9am - 3pm)

• Performance dates & times: Friday, July 10th & Saturday, July 11th @ 7:00pm

• Call-time for performances: 5pm

Big Star / Little Star Program

Because of our mission to maintain a community focused program, we will keep a wide age range in order to implement the Big Star / Little Star Program. The Big Star / Little Star Program is a fraternity-style, mentorship program unique to the Star Theatre Group Summer Intensive. Along with the stellar theatrical arts education that will come with mounting our production, Big Stars will be educated on leadership skills and the importance of being a supportive mentor while Little Stars will learn how to manage responsibility and how support circles can help lead to success.

**Elementary school students may be permitted to attend the camp, pending an interview/audition that determines if our camp would be a good fit for your child. If interested, please contact us!**

Disney's The Little Mermaid Summer Intensive Tuition:

Full Early-bird registration (thru Apr. 15th): $100 off!

• $450 total

Early-bird 4 installments (thru Apr. 15th): $75 off!

• $475 total

• 4 payments of $118.75 (First payment is due upon registering)

Full Standard registration (Apr. 16th - June 7th): $50 off!

• $500 total

Standard 4 installments (Apr. 16th - June 7th)

• $550 total

• 4 payments of $137.50 (First payment is due upon registering)

Full registration (June 8th - 21st)

• $550 total

• 1 comp ticket per performance; per paid household (2 comp tix total)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Requests

1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the camp administration.

2. Participants or their parents/guardians should provide detailed reasons for the cancellation, such as medical emergencies, family obligations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Eligibility

1. The minimum 25% of tuition that is secured upon registering is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. If paid in full, tuition refunds are eligible based on the following schedule:

3. Early Cancellation (more than 30 days before the camp start date): 75% refund of the total tuition.

4. Mid-Range Cancellation (15-29 days before the camp start date): 50% refund of the total tuition.

5. Late Cancellation (less than 15 days before the camp start date): No refund.

Medical Emergency Exception

• In the case of a documented medical emergency, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• A medical professional's note may be required to qualify for this exception.
